Alice Pelly is Development Manager at EarthPercent, the music industry's climate foundation co-founded by Brian Eno. Dedicated to bringing the music industry into the climate conversation, EarthPercent partners with artists and industry professionals to embed the Earth into music projects, funding vital climate initiatives worldwide.

Before joining EarthPercent, Alice managed artist x brand partnerships at Warner Music UK. Alice also runs Radical New Theory, a boutique record label spotlighting emerging electronic producers.
