APPLICATION

A Greener Future reserves the right to refuse any application where the applicant’s core business is deemed inherently counter to supporting environmental sustainability, social justice, equality, diversity and inclusion or any contravention to our Code of Conduct.

All data submitted by the Applicant must be truthful and accurate to the best of their knowledge. The AGF Greener Supplier Certification depends upon the accuracy of the information provided. AGF reserved the right to revoke or refuse to make an award should it transpire that misleading evidence has been deliberately or mistakingly provided.

FEES

Applicants will be invoiced a non-refundable assessment fee. To participate in the A Greener Supplier certification AGF will require 100% payment of fees within 30 days of invoice. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

A Greener Future (AGF) is regularly entrusted with client’s sensitive operational information. All of our staff and assessors are subject to Non-Disclosure Agreements. Any information and data gathered by A Greener Festival Ltd in relation to the Applicant’s business remains the property of the Applicant, and will not be disclosed to any third party unless specifically requested by the applicant or agreed in writing.

All A Greener Supplier Certifications  are released publicly by AGF. Should an applicant fail an application this will not be announced publicly but an opportunity for improvement and reapplication is given within one month from the failure notification.

A Greener Supplier certification in no way replaces the due diligence and assessment against each client's own procurements policies and procedures when assessing suitability of supplier for any said tender or contract. AGF does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied. 

The A Greener Supplier certification is awarded based upon information and data provided by the applicant to AGF and the independent assessor(s). Whilst every effort is made to present a current and accurate assessment based upon that information, AGF makes no guarantees of any kind as to the nature or accuracy of the data provided to AGF by the Applicant. The assessment provided by AGF to the applicant may offer general recommendations based on the data provided, AGF's analysis of that data, and current good practice. However, specific professional advice tailored to the Applicant and, as applicable, their clients, should always be taken on matters referred to in the Assessment. AGF makes no representations or warranties, express or implied. A Greener Festival Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss caused or alleged to be caused by the use of the data herein and/or the Assessment.
