‘No Climate Action Without Us’How to make disabled people’s access to live events environmentally sustainable – the update!

Room 2

Please note: Session timings are subject to change.

Join chair Suzanne Bull MBE, founder of Attitude is Everything, as she and panel members explore what’s new in the updated version of the ‘No Climate Action Without Us’ toolkit – which consists of practical guidance to help the live events industry tackle climate change and accessibility.

The panel will also discuss a report/study undertaken in 2024 that looked at the problems experienced by disabled artists at event and solutions to those problems, as well as introducing two international case studies that marry together the topics of access and climate sustainability.

The panel members are:

Farah Ahmed, climate justice lead at Julie’s Bicycle; Dr Teresa Moore, director at A Greener Future; Maia Barker, Attitude is Everything’s artist development co-ordinator; and Sarah Pickthall, a freelance equity, diversity and inclusion specialist who works with disabled artists to produce guidance and international case studies.
