Dr TERESA MOORE

Teresa Moore is Director of AGF and Co-founder of Green Events Innovation conference. Known internationally for her work in the field of sustainable events management she leads on research education and training for AGF and developed the award-winning practitioner based online training for new assessors.  She is recognised by the industry as a leading expert on the problem of festival tent waste and behaviour change and has worked with Greenpeace at Download festival to introduce green camping as well as conducting research at the Isle of Wight Festival for several years. She led research for Bristol’s Live Music Census Report for UK Music presenting the findings to the UK Government’s Parliamentary Committee for Music. She speaks regularly at conferences around the world. Teresa is an author and has written articles and contributed to books for both industry and academia on sustainable event management and event management education. She was a member of the UK ISO20212 Mirror committee and editor of the Purple Guide for event managers.
